(COLORADO SPRINGS) — On Friday, Feb. 2, the brand-new Auric Gallery will host its grand opening reception. According to a press release from the Downtown Partnership , the grand opening will feature 150 local artists in an exhibit called “ Gratitude .”
Auric Gallery’s co-owners, Gundega Stevens and Abigail Kreuser, are passionate art enthusiasts. Their website calls all art “admirists”—that is, all types of people from seasoned collectors to those who are simply curious about the art world—to explore and join the burgeoning Colorado Springs art community.
“For us it’s always been about collaboration over competition,” Gundega said. “We can’t wait to see what this new chapter brings!”
