DENTON, Texas – Jail records and online court records reveal the motorcyclist who was seen speeding at excessive speeds is now in custody in Texas. A spokesperson for the Denton County Sheriff’s Office in Texas confirmed Rendon Dietzmann has been arrested on his Colorado warrant for menacing and reckless endangerment.
