Union Printers Home (UPH) Partners and Sasaki have revealed their plan for Printers Hill, a mixed-use development on the 26-acre site of the historic Union Printers Home in Colorado Springs. A series of new buildings, landscapes, and streetscapes are designed around the project’s renovated Castle structure, weaving a new walkable neighborhood together with the surrounding urban fabric and the historical layers of one of Colorado Springs’ oldest sites.
