COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Colorado Springs City Hall was packed on Tuesday as residents spoke both for and against the noise made by Ford Amphitheater. Founder and CEO of the amphitheater’s parent company, Venu, J.W. Roth, organized an event on Facebook inviting his supporters to gather at City Hall. The event also attracted detractors of the noise level, leading to an hours-long public comment session during city council’s work session.
