COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – On Thursday a new affordable housing complex, The Villages at Solid Rock, opened its doors to the community. The housing complex was built by the church next-door, Solid Rock Christian center. Church officials said their church is the first to build an apartment complex in the city and are filling a huge need in the community.
