CSPD: Suspect riding stolen motorcycle, carrying drugs arrested

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) arrested a suspect on Thursday evening, Sept. 26 after he was found riding a stolen motorcycle and allegedly carrying various illegal substances.

CSPD officers contacted the subject, later identified as Michael Sandoval, riding a motorcycle on the sidewalk in the 3600 block of North Carefree Circle near Carver Park. During the investigation, they discovered the motorcycle had been reported stolen in 2024.

Officers also recovered nearly three grams of cocaine, over 13 grams of methamphetamine, more than 24 grams of fentanyl, $3,134 in cash, and various paraphernalia items associated with narcotics distribution.
