MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The Manitou Springs Police Department and the City of Manitou Springs are looking for a vandal responsible for graffiti in the area. The police department said they’ve noticed a series of recent incidents of graffiti on both public and private property within Manitou Springs.
