(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A motorcyclist was sent to the hospital with life-threatening injuries on Sunday, Oct. 20, after crashing while possibly exhibition driving in a business parking lot.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers responded to a motorcycle crash just before 5:30 p.m. on Sunday in a parking lot near North Academy Boulevard and Vickers Drive. When officers arrived, they learned that a large group of people had been riding motorcycles in the parking lot, possibly involved in exhibition driving.
CSPD said one person was taken to the hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries.
