COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Parker the Snow Dog, the mayor of Georgetown and mascot for Loveland Ski Area, visited the 11 News studio ahead of a trip to Scheels. In a trip organized by Chief Meteorologist Sydney Jackson, Mayor Parker got a tour of the 11 News building Saturday evening, paying close attention to the headlines during 11 News at 5:30 before touring the studio, itself. He got a close look at the snowfall forecast for the week, diligently taking notes at the snow expected in Loveland, before posing for pictures with the 11 News weekend team.
