(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Icons will host its grand re-opening on Friday, Nov. 8 beginning at 4 p.m. at its new location in downtown Colorado Springs.
The owners at Icons said, that while they “tried to capture the heart and soul” of their previous space, they can not wait to welcome everyone into their new and larger location at 16 East Kiowa Street.

“We no longer take reservations! Our new space can comfortably serve significantly more than before,” according to a post on the bar’s website . “We can’t wait to share music and drinks with you in our new space!”
In December 2023, Icons was forced to close along with several other businesses after an accidental fire caused heavy smoke damage to the building. Taste of Jerusalem, Yobel, and the Local Honey Collective were also forced to close their doors.
After the fire, Icons owners, Josh Franklin and John Wolfe, promised the community and their staff, that they would bounce back no matter what it took to reopen. “We want this to be done right, we want it to be done well for the community,” the owners previously wrote on social media.
