“I feel like if you do the crime, you need to do the time no matter the age” Local business owner says juveniles need to be held accountable for crimes

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -Following a rise in juvenile related crimes in Colorado Springs, one local business owner says enough is enough. In surveillance video caputured inside of Apotheke Dispensary on South Academy Boulevard, several masked suspects are seen ravaing through the store, leaving behind extensive damage. The owner is telling 11 News that the suspects stole thousands of dollars in cash and merchandise.
