Planned Parenthood shooting suspect’s case returns to court Thursday amid questions on forcibly medicating him

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The case involving the self-proclaimed Planned Parenthood shooter returns to court Thursday for another update on his competency. Robert Dear is not expected to be in court himself, as he remains in federal custody in Missouri as of his previous status hearing in August, but lawyers for both sides will be as they discuss whether, after nearly nine years, the case can move forward.
