New culinary center in Briargate planned for 2025

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Altitude Hospitality Group is planning a new culinary center in northern Colorado Springs bringing back some Colorado favorites.

According to Altitude Hospitality Group, the center will be in the old Pinery North building at 9633 Prominent Point. The sale of the building was imminent, but owner Mitch Yellen had an epiphany, he wasn’t ready to give up, and when the sale fell through he saw it as a sign.

The Homestead is set to open in its first phase in March, with the building fully open by May 2025.

Roost Coffee, Dad’s Donuts, The Mercantile, Campfire Pizza, Till, Garden of the Gods Gourmet, and Garden of the Gods Catering are slated to be in the center.

“People loved Till for its atmosphere and its food,” Yellen said, “I’m bringing it back. The downtown Till will continue as a neighborhood bistro. Campfire Pizza will bring a fresh, new concept to the Springs, and the Mercantile will be a great place to shop, think back to the old-style shops where you could find a little bit of everything.”
