Heavy law enforcement presence in Stetson Hills

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — There was a heavy law enforcement presence at a townhome complex in Stetson Hills on the evening of Jan. 1.

FOX21’s crew on the scene could see a heavy presence of unmarked law enforcement vehicles at a community of townhomes near Stetson Hills Boulevard and Marksheffel Road. Uniformed bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) officers were on scene, according to the FOX21 News crew.

FOX21 News reached out to the Colorado Springs Police Department for more information, which said “anytime CSPD assists the FBI, we cannot comment on the assistance.” FOX21 News has reached out to the FBI Denver office and has not heard back.
