MSPD officers responded to minor traffic accident involving a city of Colorado Springs vehicle on Ruxton Avenue. Officers responded to Manitou Springs Elementary School after multiple students reported an acute onset of coughing while in the auditorium. The school was evacuated, and Manitou Springs Fire Department took over the scene.
