“We have to figure out how to operate with the growth, and I think quite often you have growth, you have development,t but if you don’t have the infrastructure to operate within it, then it can cause issues,” Rainey said.
Rainey says he also wants to prioritize safety, seeking support from both the police and fire departments to improve response times in this dense part of the city…
