COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region is warning residents about a scam targeting the community.
HSPPR said someone is calling people with missing pets and pretending to be with the Humane Society.
They said that the caller then asks for payment over the phone for the person to get their pet back…
