MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – On Thursday at 8:22 p.m., the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office issued a shelter-in-place order in Manitou Springs as law enforcement searched for a suspect.
Deputies issued the order for Lincoln Ave., Washington Ave. and the Seven Minute Springs Park area of Manitou Springs due to law enforcement activity in the area of 2 Lincoln Avenue.
