At least 11 flights diverted from Denver International Airport to Colorado Springs Airport due to weather

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – As of 7:50 p.m. Tuesday, at least 11 flights have been diverted from the Denver International Airport to the Colorado Springs Airport, according to a spokesperson for the Colorado Springs Airport.

Airport officials said earlier Tuesday afternoon, nine flights expected to land in Denver were diverted to Colorado Springs. They said all nine flights have since departed for Denver.
