(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CPSD) reported that officers responded to a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian on Monday, July 14, after a 16-year-old passenger of a work truck got out and ran into the roadway.
According to CSPD, when officers arrived at the intersection of North Murray Boulevard and Lionstone Drive, near East Platte Avenue, they learned that a vehicle had been driving southbound on Murray when the passenger of a work vehicle got out of the work truck in a median and then ran out into the roadway from the blind side of the work truck.
