A moose was spotted on Colorado Springs’ north side near Interstate 25, according to a post from the Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
On Thursday, the department posted about the sighting in the area of I-25 and Interquest Parkway. According to parks and wildlife, officers observed a female Shiras Moose, which is the smallest subspecies — and only species — in Colorado.
