(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A 64-year-old was killed in a crash on the east side of Colorado Springs in July, marking the 30th fatality in the city in 2025.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers responded shortly after 8:30 p.m. on July 3 to the intersection of Constitution Avenue and Tutt Boulevard on a report of a three-car crash.
The crash investigation revealed a white Nissan was heading eastbound on Constitution and was making a left turn to head north on Tutt. As the Nissan began the turn, it was hit by a Toyota heading westbound on Constitution. After being hit by the Toyota, the Nissan hit a third car.
