Those with frayed or faded flags can deliver them to multiple locations, including the DCSO Substation at 9250 Zotos Dr, Highlands Ranch, this central drop-off point stays open to the public for flag retirement drop-offs and there are others, such as the Castle Rock Fire & Rescue at 300 Perry St, Castle Rock, and the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce at 420 Jerry St, Castle Rock, along with VFW Post 4266 Parker at 8170 N Hillcrest Way, Parker are also included as alternative spots where residents can bring their retirement-ready flags.
