COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Residents in the B Wing of the Satellite Hotel say they’ve been without reliable hot water for more than a month, forcing some to boil water just to clean, bathe, and cook.
Kelly Brown, who owns a condo in the B Wing, says the issue began on July 7 and hasn’t been resolved despite repeated complaints.
“You’ve got to have hot water next to the soap, I mean, not boiling water, but hot water to give them a decent bath, to clean up their home, to clean up their dishes,” Brown told 11 News…
