El Paso County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended 32-year-old Tyler Babb on charges of domestic violence following a distress call from his residence on Buffalo Horn Drive, as reported by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. During Tuesday evening, deputies were dispatched to Babb’s home after the victim reported an assault. Local authorities were put on high alert, with a notice issued to keep a lookout for the suspect.
The situation escalated later that night when Babb’s presence was again reported near the residence by the victim, who had been monitoring the suspect’s phone location. The deputies swiftly responded, advising the victim to vacate their home for safety. Upon arrival, deputies thwarted Babb’s attempted escape as he tried to flee in his vehicle after closing the garage door.
