FRIDAY AFTERNOON: Thunderstorms shift in for some in southern Colorado during the afternoon hours. Small hail and gusty winds are the main concerns for the Palmer Divide and Teller and El Paso Counties. Temperatures will be a bit cooler than previous days by about five degrees.
THE WEEKEND: Storm chances continue for some in southern Colorado with even cooler temperatures in the forecast. Highs will drop into the 70s and 80s for most. Excessive rainfall accumulations may happen through the weekend too.
