The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) and the Colorado State Patrol (CSP) conducted a Beat Auto Theft Through Law Enforcement (BATTLE) deployment Thursday that ended with five people arrested.
