(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) has recovered the body of a man from a creek in Shooks Run Park on the morning of Tuesday, Aug. 26.
According to the CSPD Gold Hill Division, the man was believed to have been swept away in the running water from storms on Monday night, Aug. 25.
Neither the man’s age nor identity has been released, and the El Paso County Coroner’s Office will make the final determination on the cause of death.
