(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) arrested a suspect after finding him in his hotel room.
Around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 28, CSPD officers were sent to the Best Inn at 3920 North Nevada Avenue just off of I-25 for 40-year-old Tristan Price, under a search-and-arrest warrant for car theft and suspected drug distribution.
According to a CSPD report, officers knocked and announced themselves, then heard inside the room. Upon entering, police saw Price barricade himself in the bathroom and heard the toilet flush.
