DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – Douglas County Search and Rescue conducted a lengthy technical rescue Sunday afternoon and evening to save an injured climber.
Search and Rescue said they responded to the Devil’s Head mountain area of Rampart Range, west of Larkspur.
The team said they conducted a two-pitch high-angle rescue, followed by an exposed carry, a second shorter pitch high-angle lower, then several low-angle pitches to get the climber back to safety…
