Former Steamboat-based state trooper arrested for alleged child exploitation

A Colorado State Patrol member whose first duty station was in Steamboat Springs was arrested by the Colorado Springs Police Department for alleged sexual exploitation of a child, according to a Colorado State Patrol news release.

Luke Zellman was arrested Wednesday and charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a child and booked into the El Paso County Jail.
