DENVER (KDVR) — The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office determined that there doesn’t appear to be a credible threat after several students reported rumors of a “concerning” photo.
On Thursday morning, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said there were numerous Safe2Tell reports, an anonymous reporting system for students, involving “rumors of a possible school threat and a concerning photo.”

The sheriff’s office said it’s still investigating, but there “does not appear to be a credible threat,” and the photo doesn’t appear to have originated locally.
A spokesperson for the sheriff’s office told FOX31 that there has been an increasing number of Safe2Tell reports, but it isn’t unusual after Wednesday’s shooting at Evergreen High School, where a student shot and injured two students before he took his own life…
