COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -A Colorado Springs man was arrested Friday morning after reportedly exposing himself to and threatening a woman, then kicking a police officer.
The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said officers were called out to the 7700 block of North Academy Boulevard, north of Woodmen Road, around 9:40 a.m. for a report of a man exposing himself to a victim and threatening her with a knife.
