(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The largest sober event in Colorado Springs, the Sober Soiree, returned on Saturday, Sept. 14, drawing hundreds of attendees for an alcohol-free evening of entertainment and culinary delights.
The event featured top local chefs and mixologists who provided a vibrant atmosphere without alcohol, and was emceed by FOX21’s News Director Joe Cole.
Chef Brother Luck, a James Beard nominee and advocate for mental health awareness, collaborated with Homeward Pikes Peak to create this unique celebration, which continues to grow annually.
The event raised money for Homeward Pikes Peak, a non-profit organization. Homeward Pikes Peak works with individuals who are homeless, as well as veterans and families suffering from addiction or mental health issues.
