COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Colorado Springs Utilities said they responded to a power outage in the Northgate area on Sunday.
They said the outage was reported a little before 3 p.m. in the area. It impacted nearly 1,500 people in neighborhoods north of New Life Church.
