COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said a man was arrested early Monday morning after attempting to strangle a victim.
CSPD said officers received a report from a business around 2:42 a.m., where an employee had come to work and was injured in a domestic violence situation at an apartment on Barnes Road near Weidner Field.
