Police looking for missing indigenous person in southern Colorado

(SOUTHERN COLORADO) — The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) sent out a Missing Indigenous Person Alert for a 33-year-old woman last heard from on Thursday, June 5, who may be in the Southern Colorado area.

According to CBI, Alexes Hamilton is described as 5’02”, 110lbs with brown hair and brown eyes, and is indigenous with the tribal affiliation of Assiniboine/Sioux.

Hamilton’s family last heard from her on June 5. CBI said Hamilton could be in the Colorado Springs, Pueblo, or La Junta areas of Colorado.
