EPSO arrests alleged prolific criminal in Cimarron Hills

(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) said on Saturday morning, Sept. 20, during a traffic stop, deputies arrested a 42-year-old man who allegedly has an extensive felony record.

On Saturday, at around 7:45 a.m., deputies saw a Chevrolet pickup truck towing a Dodge Ram stopped westbound in a traffic lane near Meadowbrook Parkway and Woolsey Heights in the Cimarron Hills area of unincorporated El Paso County. Deputies saw two people, a man and a woman, who appeared to be unconscious, according to EPSO.
