COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The popular family-owned restaurant Señor Manuel Mexican Cuisine announced on Tuesday that it would not be reopening.
The Hernandez family said in a Facebook post that the restaurant would not be able to reopen due to unforeseen complications and developments.
