EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing teen Thursday night.
The sheriff’s office said 15-year-old Phoenix Gragg was last seen on Clover Circle West, near the Stratmoor Hills area.
Gragg was described as a 5-foot-6 white male with blue eyes, blonde hair and a thin build. Deputies said he was last seen wearing a black “Sierra Stallions” t-shirt, black pants and black and green shoes…
