(COLORADO SPRINGS) — One man is dead and another is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after an early morning shooting on North Academy Boulevard, near Vickers Drive, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD).
CSPD reported that around 2 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 5, officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 3500 block of North Academy Boulevard, and when they arrived, they found two men who had been shot. One of the men was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, and the other man was dead at the scene.
