(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) pursued an allegedly stolen car on Tuesday, Oct. 7, arresting a 52-year-old man, according to CSPD.
CSPD said on Tuesday, detectives of CSPD’s Motor Vehicle Theft Unit, along with help from a K9 Officer, found a stolen vehicle in the 700 block of Citadel Drive East near North Academy Boulevard and East Platte Avenue.
According to CSPD, the stolen vehicle, a 2025 Kia Telluride, was reported stolen on Oct. 3, and through the detectives’ investigation, they learned the vehicle allegedly had been involved in a number of other criminal incidents, including multiple events of theft from retail stores…
