Mike Maroone Honda’s charity show supports Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Mike Maroone Honda hosted the 8th Annual Charity Honda & Acura Show to raise money for the Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity on Sunday, Oct. 12, to build safe, stable housing for veterans through a day of family fun and celebration.

The show drew car enthusiasts from across the region to showcase their Honda and Acura vehicles produced from the 1980s through today. Awards featured categories such as People’s Choice, Most Unique, and Best Race Car.

“My buddy Jake Allen and I, my technician here, we started the show, going on eight years ago, as our first show,” said Zach Lewis of Mike Maroone Honda. “All the proceeds that we get actually go to Habitat for Humanity to help other veterans out with their home, with the building costs and anything that they need to make that home successful.”
