Independent Study Confirms Long-Term Water Supply Remains Secure for El Paso County Residents

On October 21, 2025, El Paso County held a public work session to present the results of its Water Reliability Evaluation. This independent assessment reviewed groundwater conditions and water sustainability. Moore Engineering conducted the evaluation and focused on the Denver Basin Aquifer, a major water source for the area.
