Dog saved from drainage pipe by fire rescue crews

(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — Crews from Black Forest Fire Rescue rescued a dog stuck in a pipe on Friday evening, Oct. 24, according to the station’s Facebook page.

According to the post, around 6 p.m. on Friday, Black Forest Fire Rescue and Monument Fire District responded to a report of a dog stuck in an 18-foot drainage pipe.

Crews located the pipe and dug down to it, where they separated the pipe enough to pull out the dog. According to the post, the dog was uninjured and happy to see its owner…
