Deputy Hannah Unitis of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office will represent Colorado as Ms. Colorado United States at the Ms. United States National Pageant. The event will be held from November 1 to November 4, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Deputy Unitis received her state title in June 2025, recognizing her work in public service and community involvement.
Deputy Unitis works with the Sheriff’s Office and has stated her goal is to support others and serve as a role model, especially for women in law enforcement. She has said she wants to encourage young women to consider careers in public service and show that strength and empathy are both important.
Sheriff Joseph Roybal commented on Deputy Unitis’s professionalism and the example she sets for others. He said her achievements reflect the values of the Sheriff’s Office, including integrity, service, and excellence.
