Littleton man found guilty of assault on officer in King Soopers Pride balloon popping incident

A Douglas County jury on Friday found a Littleton man guilty of assaulting a peace officer while vandalizing two grocery store Pride displays in June 2024.

Corbin Klein, 31, faces 10-to-32 years in prison after threatening Douglas County Sheriff’s Office deputies at a Highlands Ranch King Soopers on June 6, 2024, according to a 23rd Judicial District news release.

Early that June day, Klein had entered a King Soopers location on Wildcat Reserve Parkway, where authorities described him committing “a disturbing series of incidents.”…
