(COLORADO SPRINGS) — On Monday, Nov. 10, real estate company Thompson Thrift announced that it will develop Venture on Venetucci, a 336-unit multifamily community near I-25 and South Academy Boulevard, that is expected to open in March 2027.
The 16.5-acre community, located at 4446 Venetucci Boulevard, will feature one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes averaging 1,000 square feet. Units will include features such as quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, smooth glass-top ranges, and hardwood floors, as well as walk-in closets, walk-in showers, patio and balcony options, private yard options, detached garages, and full-size washer and dryers.
Community amenities will include an Amazon package hub, a fully equipped fitness center, a heated swimming pool, community grilling areas, a pickleball court, billiards, shuffleboard, a dog park, and a business center.
