COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KXRM) — An explosive fire was found to be caused by an incendiary device in the 1900 block of West Uintah Street on Friday evening, Nov. 14, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department.
The police department reported that around 6:45 on Friday, neighbors reported an explosion and fire in an alley in the area of Uintah and North 19th Street.
