Hull is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and about 117 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. Family members and investigators say she requires medication and have urged residents to be extra alert as the search continues.
According to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, law enforcement agencies can request a Developmental Disabilities Alert when a verified missing person with a developmental disability faces a credible threat to their safety. The CBI then coordinates the distribution of that alert to media outlets and police statewide, a system designed to move faster when someone who needs medication or specialised care goes missing.
